A client of Attorney Fienman’s was charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin. His client was found in possession of over 150 bags of heroin. With a prior criminal history, including a previous federal conviction, he was facing significant state prison time under the sentencing guidelines.

Attorney Fienman took on the case and successfully negotiated a more favorable outcome. He secured his client a county sentence with probation instead of state time. This allowed his client to avoid the state parole system. As a result, his client will serve less than twelve months in county jail, followed by probation supervision.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
