A Philadelphia police officer who had been accused of terroristic threats and official oppression was represented by Attorney Fienman who successfully expunged the charges.
The officer was alleged to have brandished his firearm and made threats after being tailgated, prompting police involvement. Following two years of litigation, Attorney Fienman negotiated with the Commonwealth, leading to the withdrawal of all charges.
The case has now been deemed eligible for expungement, clearing the officer’s record of these accusations.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
