A high school student in Orland, Pennsylvania, was charged with Criminal Mischief for allegedly throwing eggs at a peer’s home.
Attorney Fienman represented the student, who was charged with criminal mischief alleging property damage by the Springfield Township Police Department. Through strategic arguments, Attorney Fienman secured his client’s enrollment in a magisterial district court diversionary program.
In the end, the client completed a CPR course and a basic first aid course, which resulted in the dismissal of the case.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
